Join Dan at Mycofest for a beautiful walk and talk!
In this class, Dan will be taking students on a walk seeking out and identifying wild plants as local food sources and how we can work with their medicinal aspects, as well as ways to incorporate them into your diet and apothecary for everyday use.
We will begin with a tincture circle where everyone who attends can share their favorite current medicine, and the story behind it, then go for a walk exploring the land for its sacred offerings.
We will also discuss and practice different sense techniques to tap our instincts directly into the fundamental biological skills we have as humans which help us determine what is food, medicine, or poisonous, and close with a plant sense meditation.
